The hotel's location was great, in the city's heart, close to shops and restaurants. Our room had excellent tea and coffee making facilities, but that was the only positive. the staff were friendly, but that wouldn't make up for the lack of quality offered at the hotel.

The bathroom was a nightmare, with the tub leaking water all over the floor, making it wet and slippery.

The staff was very attentive and flexible. We enjoyed interacting with them.

Though the location was great as far as sight-seeing--a few blocks from shopping and the monument to the flag--the location also meant that it was very noisy, especially on weekend nights/early mornings as people exited the bars, or boliches as they are known locally.

Modern feel, convenient location, accessible by taxi/bus, comfortable, welcoming and safe.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Breakfast (good!) in your room, what a luxury. Very comfortable rooms, complete with coffee/tea making facilities, refrigarator etc. a few steps from the very centre of town. Parking one block away (paid). Nice and helpfull staff. Wifi good enough to use skype :)

Location is good,room was semi apartment-with kettle,cups,dishes for 2,knives and forks,spoon,fridge-small, nice flat screen tv.and up-todate bathroom,and airconditioned

Location close to bars so it is very noisy at night till 5 in morning. They tried to charge 21% vat which I did not pay as being a tourist it is not required to pay the vat.On the booking from Booked.net it says under conditions for the room that the 21% vat is excluded.after explaining to the manager we did not have to pay 21% vat.

I had a great time during my new year stay. the hotel was perfect for my needs with great value for money. the location was perfect, close to the city center and there was easy parking nearby. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel really welcome. the room was very clean and well-maintained and had everything I needed for my stay. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the bed was comfortable. It was a fantastic choice for my budget.

The only problem I had was that the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear the noise coming from the neighbouring rooms.

The central location makes this hotel a convenient choice for anyone visiting this city. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained.
